Everything was very clean and spotless, I thoroughly enjoyed staff and location. Very very good building and rooms with nice decoration.

Outstanding value for money, and the location was unique for exploring Puerto de la Cruz. I loved staying in an European building. Very specious room, large bed, and marble-lined bathroom. There was a terrific restaurant, a supermarket and shops next door.

Hip new place with plunge pool and inclusive breakfast with lots of meals! The staff was absolutely charming on arrival and throughout my superb stay.

Well, Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Staff were informative and I appreciated my stay. Bright & cosy unit with a nice view, a good sized bathroom, shower. The restaurant was good, outstanding food.

The venue was half empty, yet I enjoyed its superb rooms and staff. I stayed in the room that was cleaned every day and available with balcony and a double bed. You could walk to supermarkets and shops. 30 km away from Tenerife Norte airport.

The views were pretty bad and there were not so comfortable beds too.

Very enjoyable experience there. The hotel was spotlessly clean, homey and had IDEAL location and staff. I loved a standard decor. Bright reception.

We were happy to find Bodega la Guapa 300 ft away, where we could eat. Located close to many tourist locations and lago martianez, which is 10 minutes on foot.

30 minutes drive to the airport. location was within 10 min walking distance to playa de san telmo. fine base for city trip in puerto de la cruz.
